Nalah's Big Adventure

We had an incident the other day where our cat had been missing for the better part of a week, and then, just after she was found we discovered that my mom's dog had to be put to sleep. After that our dog Neville ran away for the bazillionth time and we narrowly avoided freezing our goldfish to death. And thus, a month of pet drama was born. 

The story of the cat was the most interesting. She is probably the most vocal of any cat I have ever met. She will only stop meowing while she is eating, so when she had been gone for several days we were a bit stunned with the quietness of our house. It was only by chance that we found her. We were calling for her and walking around the neighborhood when my friend heard her meowing from inside a neighbor's old camping trailer. No one appeared to be home so we opened the door and coerced our kitty out.
