scooter style

To further delay packing today, we decided to drive down to Lynnwood to pick something up for Nathan from Guitar Center. On the way back we stopped at the new Outlet Mall by the Casino. Our purpose and intention was to get Simon some new pants. Some that preferably don't make him look like a stuffed sausage gone clam digging. So, we checked out the Gymboree Outlet store and found THIS:  Nathan and I have a mild obsession with scooters of the Vespa/Lambretta variety. I believe at last count there were about 15 of these bad boys tucked away in our garage.

So when I saw the line of scooter adorned clothing in Gymboree I snatched up a pair of shorts with a scooter on them, a onesie with a scooter on it, the hooded sweatshirt with a scooter on it, a pair of socks with a scooter on them, a two sided blanket with lots and lots of scooters on it, and by then I was well over the limit of reasonable money spent on clothes for a baby. 

But already I am wishing I had also bought the baseball scooter hat, the scooter romper, the scooter shoes, the scooter button up shirt, and the scooter overalls. 

Seriously, you should have seen how excited I was.
